Passive Matrix
Organic LED (OLED) displays are the latest technology and represent a step forward in viewing angle and performance. Ideal applications for OLED displays are where a truly thin display is required, especially where low power is also an important element. There is a range of standard size OLED displays up to 3.5 inches to choose from in four primary colours of red, white, green and blue. Acting as an emissive display, no backlight is required. Our OLED displays are clear to read and optimised for use in hand-held or confined applications. With a temperature range that starts at -40°C these displays are ideal for rugged applications and hand-held instruments.
Active Matrix
With a thin film transistor backplane, Active Matrix Organic LED (or AMOLED) gives a fast, responsive, full colour display from 1.8 inches up to 5 inches in size. With incredibly clear pixel definition, all our AMOLED displays are capable of displaying a full video image with no motion distortion.
