Silicone Rubber

Our long experience in web design and keymat configuration means that the final product switch performance is optimised to ensure the correct combination of switch travel and click feel. We achieve excellent user feedback through a fully integrated design review process which examines the rubber keymat, the integration within the keymat of the plastic fascia and the support framework to optimise the switch travel response.

Our rubber keymat technology offers long switching life, reliability and excellent diffusion of back light. We provide the stamping of rubber keymats and the latest liquid rubber injection for high-volume applications. Production of our rubber keymats is in a plant approved to the latest automotive standards to ensure the high-quality performance across the board and a truly well engineered product.

Hard Plastic

Our hard plastic keymat designs integrate the switch mat directly into the key top to give a one-piece design solution. The result is a total solution which minimises the risk of fascia rattle and allows switch design that is optimised for close tolerancing and short travel.

We also offer an option to add a short travel dome within the keymat that can provide tactile feedback to the user. With the option to have specifically-positioned surface-mounted LEDs (SMDs), the backlighting of keys and label legends can be optimised to give excellent results.

Laser Etched

We use patented technology and various innovations in laser etching to ensure the key labels of our keymats give high definition and readability as well as long life. No more lost legends, unreadable labels and geberally scuffed keymat appearances.

By utilising our know-how in laser etching you can be assured of a product that works well, looks good and stays looking good.

Metal Domed

The option is also available to add a short travel dome within the keymat that can provide tactile feedback to the user.
